2027 Ram TRX Fabricated Lower Control Arms - Stock Length

1. The arms alone will not mount to the factory sway bar.

You will need added parts to make it function. The 2027 sway bar links for a stock sway bar and fabricated a-arms are what reconnect the factory bar. Budget for them with the arms, not after.

2. Frame-side bolts.

Re-use the factory a-arm mounting bolts at the frame for this kit. If you also have frame support plate kits added at the lower a-arm mounts, upgraded bolts are available instead.

• 4130 chromoly construction, MIG welded and fixture built so every set fits the same way, then powder coated
• 1.5" uniball at the spindle connection and 1" uniballs at the frame side — strength and control where the factory arm relies on bushings and a ball joint
• Steering stops welded into the core of the arm and geometry matched to the spindle. This is what keeps your steering rack alive — without a correct stop, the rack takes the abuse at full lock
• Built-in bypass shock mounts for a 3" secondary bypass shock
• 17-4 stainless mounting spacers throughout
• Works with the stock factory coil over shock, or any aftermarket stock-replacement coil over
• Designed around the stock factory spindle / upright — no spindle swap

The bypass mounts are built into the arm, so the truck is ready for a 3" secondary bypass shock whenever you are. Running one also needs the add-on upper shock mount kit and a special layout 3" shock.

The upper shock mount is coming soon — it is not through development for the new 2027 TRX yet. The arm is built for it; the other half of the package is not ready. Ask us where it stands before planning a build around it.

These arms also carry the integrated bump pad used by the 2027 front bump stop mount kit, and work with the fabricated front bypass shock tower.

2027 Ram 1500 TRX, stock length, factory spindle, stock or aftermarket stock-replacement coil over shocks.

The 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 TRX is a different generation and uses its own fabricated lower arms. Ram did not build a TRX for 2025 or 2026, so a part listed for 2021-2024 does not carry forward to the 2027 truck.

Will my factory sway bar still work?

Not with the arms alone. You need the 2027 sway bar links built for a stock sway bar and fabricated a-arms — linked above.

Do I need different shocks?

No. The arm works with the stock coil over or any aftermarket stock-replacement coil over.

Can I run the 3" bypass shock now?

Not yet. The arm has the mounts, but the upper shock mount for the 2027 truck is still in development.

Why do the steering stops matter?

They limit steering travel before the rack does. Without a correct stop matched to the spindle, the steering rack becomes the stop, and that is what kills racks.

Do I reuse my factory bolts?

Yes at the frame. Upgraded bolts are an option if you have frame support plates at the lower a-arm mounts.

Do I need to change the spindle?

No. The arm is designed around the stock factory spindle and upright.
