Refund policy

Returns / Refunds:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, refund, or exchange.

All returns must be pre-approved by calling or emailing with a request to return and you must receive a confirmation approval back from our customer support team and receive a return authorization number (RMA) before returning any item(s).  Any goods that are returned without authorization will not be accepted or eligible for any credit or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. It must also be in the original packaging and may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price.

Any order that is placed and then canceled for any reason before the order is shipped will be subject to a refund deduction of 3%-7% of the full amount paid depending on which payment method was used to order your item(s).  The amount of the deduction will be determined at the time a request is received and you will be notified of the total amount that is being refunded to you less any fees. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Gift cards
  • Specialty or custom order items
  • Any item that has been used, installed, or attempted to install
  • Items that have been damaged in any way.
  • Any item on sale or discounted for any reason

To complete your return, we require you to request and be granted a return authorization number prior to sending any product back.  You may request an RMA number by calling our office and talking to one of our sales representatives.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if its a product we don't manufacture.  Consult your sales representative to get clear directions on how to handle any return for items that we do not directly manufacture.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@foutzmotorsports.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@foutzmotorsports.com to get prior approval to send the items back.  Once approved and you have received a return authorization you may send your item to: 1656 North Banning  Mesa Arizona US 85205.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, after receiving authorization to return the item(s) you should mail your product to: 1656 North Banning  Mesa Arizona US 85205

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item with a value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not accept responsibility for lost items that are not received and signed for by one of our authorized representatives.
